SRINAGAR: A young female social activist Ruheena Shahzad has been nominated as State President – Women Cell – J&K of Antarrashtriya Manavadhikar Sangh (International Human Rights Federation) on Friday. Ruheena Shahzad the social activist residing in a remote area of central Kashmir’s Kangan town has been very interesting in social work from a very young age.
Antarrashtriya Manavadhikar Sangh is an expression of national and international tradition of tolerance in all cultures that form the basics of peace and progress. Citizens including her friends, relatives and neighbors took to Social Networking Site Facebook with congratulation messages all over.
“Congratulations for excellence and flying higher in skies of performance from this remotest ecological zone of turmoil hit soil” posts a freelance Journalist. Another local resident Afshana Nazir of Kangan posted the Screenshot of the letter and wrote “I am feeling happy as well as secured now as state President of International Human Rights Federation – Women Wing – is my next door neighbour”.
Residents have thanked the organization and hailed their decision of nominating a Ruheena as State President – Women Cell – J&K of Antarrashtriya Manavadhikar Sangh (International Human Rights Federation).
