CAUTION NOTICE
IN RE: HELL ENERGY DRINK
(herein after referred to as ‘product’)
On the instructions of our client Jes & Ben Groupo Pvt Ltd. through its’ Director Harpreet Sachdeva, we hereby notify for the information of general public/other interested parties as under:
- That a Civil Suit (Commercial) Bearing No. 257 of 2019, is filed before Delhi High Court, in the background that an Exclusive Distribution Agreement, for territory of India, is executed by Hell Energy Magyarorzag Kft. (Hell Energy Hungary Ltd.) in favor of our Clients.
- Our Client was promised a perpetual license for the ‘product’ in India and on this understanding our client utilized huge amount of money/manpower/resources/time/
- It appears that since past few weeks, one Mr. Unnikannan Gangadharan projecting himself to be associated with Hell Energy Magyarorzag Kft. (Hell Energy Hungary Ltd.) is unethically trying to negotiate deals with various persons in the trade and is alluring them to become dealers/stockiest etc. for the ‘product’ in various parts of India, more particularly at J&K, Maharashtra, UP, Delhi, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Kolkata and South India.
Public at large is hereby cautioned not to deal with Mr. Unnikannan Gangadharan or with anyone else on behalf of Hell Energy Magyarorzag Kft. (Hell Energy Hungary Ltd.) in respect of the ‘product’, as the legal proceedings are pending before the Court of Law and owe our client a huge amount of money.
If any one deals with the same, it shall not be binding on our client and would be non-est in eyes of law.
