- DC asks stakeholders to work in synergy
UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai today chaired a meeting in the Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex regarding development of BSNL infrastructure in GP/BHQs, involving officers from the line departments.
During the meeting, Sanjeev Chopra delivered a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation outlining the process and progress of optical fiber laying in villages and Panchayats across the district under the Government of India initiative. He highlighted infrastructural issues identified during the Bharatnet phase-III survey in the District Udhampur, noting that the survey has been successfully completed.
The DC emphasized the inclusion of government establishments, including Patwari khana and Panchayat ghars, under this Union Government’s initiative. She urged inter-departmental coordination to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme.
