It is pertinent to mention here that amid Covid-19, when there is Lockdown everywhere the miscreants are taking undue advantage and indulging in illegal constructions but all such miscreants will not be allowed for any sort of violation and raising of illegal constructions/encroachments.
Also it is pertinent to mention here that Night Checking Naka’s are established in which trippers carrying building material illegally are seized and FIRs are being registered in the concerned police stations.
It is as such requested that all the public residing within the LDA jurisdiction are once again informed that not to go for any sort of illegal constructions /encroachments. As the Enforcement wing will continue with the demolition of illegal constructions. Moreover the Tripper/Load carrier owners are directed not to carry any type of illegal construction material in the prohibited area of Dal/ Nigeen Lake without proper permission from the concerned agencies.
