REASI: A multi-lingual Mushaira was organised by District Information Centre, Reasi at Vaishno Devi College of Education,Reasi today. Prominent poets who recited their poems in the mushaira included Tariq Bhatt, Bharam Saroop, Kuldeep Mengi, BL Kerni, Kusum Kumari, Kewal Anjan, Balbir Singh Manhas,Puran Chand and Pankaj Sharma. SK Puri, Chairman of the Vaishno Devi College for Education speaking on the occasion said that the poets have depicted the mindset of the society through the medium of their creativity and also requested all to follow the social massages of the poet. He complimented the poet who participated in the multilingual mushaira and also applauded Information department for promoting literary activities in the district. The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Cultural Assistant, DIC Reasi- Mohinder Kumar and vote of thanks was presented by Cultural Assistant, DIC Reasi- Rakesh Kumar.
