The initiative has brought lot of respite to the people living in these areas by providing them with accurate diagnosis without compromising quality, with use of high-end technology & equipment; improved consultation and better management of patient care in rural/remote areas.
The service has brought lot of respite and augmentation to existing manpower in providing better healthcare services to the people at their doorsteps who otherwise had to face difficulties due to shortage of Radiologists in these areas. In the first phase, 53 Health-care facilities including 06 District Hospitals have been identified to offer free X-ray services.
