JAMMU: BJP district RS Pura handed over the cheques worth Rupees 2,20,000 to J&K BJP for contribution to PM CARES FUND in fight against COVID-19, at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar. The cheque was handed over by R S Pura district President Sardar H. S. Pammi to J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina in the presence of J&K BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, former Cabinet Minister Sham Choudhary and former MLA Gharu Ram Bhagat.
Ravinder Raina, appreciated the role of party leaders from R S Pura District for collecting the donation amount and said that it is an important contribution to the cause of society. He lauded the important contribution to PM CARES Fund on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for strengthening the fight against Covid 19 Pandemic. He also thanked all the party supporters and sympathizers from R S Pura district who have made the contribution in the crucial hour.
Ashok Kaul, said that BJP workers have remained on the forefront in the whole length of Corona war. He asked the party leaders to increase their efforts to reach to more capable persons and encourage them to help out the poor and needy. Badri Nath Sharma, Akash, Choudhary Ashok, Vikas Dogra, Gagan Bhatia, Rakesh Sharma and Ashok Verma were also present on the occasion.
