KATHUA: Remembering the supreme sacrifice of the Pulwama martyrs on February 14, 2019, J&K BJP paid floral tributes to the 40 CRPF personnel across Jammu & Kashmir.
Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP along with Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma, MLAs Adv. Vijay Sharma, Rajeev Jasrotia, Satish Sharma, Darshan Singh, & Dr. Bharat Bhushan, former MLAs Jeevan Lal, & Kuldeep Raj, District Presidents Updesh Andotra, & Gopal Krishan, former District President Gopal Mahajan, and others paid floral tributes to the martyrs in Hiranagar Mandal of District Kathua.
Sat Sharma termed the Pulwama terrorist attack as a heinous and cowardly act that targeted our soldiers. He said that the brutal attack, carried out by the Pakistan-based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), resulted in the loss of 40 brave CRPF personnel, leaving the entire nation in shock and grief. He said that the attack was avenged by the PM Modi led government giving a stern message to the enemy forces. The nation will never forget their supreme sacrifice, he added.
Sunil Sharma said that the barbaric act of terrorism deserves the strongest possible condemnation. Terrorism in any form is a grave threat to humanity, and the world must unite to eliminate terror networks, their funders, and their safe havens, he said and added that the sacrifice of our soldiers will never be forgotten, and those responsible for orchestrating and supporting such acts of terror will be given a befitting reply.
Adv. Vijay Sharma, Rajeev Jasrotia, Satish Sharma, Darshan Singh, Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Jeevan Lal, and Kuldeep Raj, while paying floral tributes to the martyrs, exhorted all to take the lesson of patriotism to the society. They said that India stands resolute in its fight against terrorism and will take all necessary measures to ensure that such cowardly attacks do not go unpunished.

Meanwhile, District Jammu South, led by its President Naresh Singh Jasrotia paid tributes at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. Veenu Khanna, Balbir Ram Rattan, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Ankit Gupta, Sanjay Baru, Dr. Kulbhushan Mohtra, Rekha Mahajan, Rajinder Chib, Anu Gupta, Kulbir Charak, and others were present. Dr. Pardeep Mahotra conducted proceedings of tribute programme.
District Jammu led by its President Rajesh Gupta paid tributes at party office, Kachi Chawni, Jammu. Karan Sharma, Adarsh Jathiar, Suneet Raina, Ramesh, and others were present.
