KISHTWAR: The District Level Implementation Committee met today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Pankaj Kumar Sharma to review applications seeking benefits under Mission YUVA.
In all, 45 cases were placed before the Committee, including 43 seeking financial support for Nano enterprises and one each under MSME and Acceleration of Existing Entrepreneurship.
All cases were verified by the Small Business Development Units. The Committee examined eligibility, project viability and the socio-economic background of each applicant. After detailed scrutiny, all 45 applications were approved for financial support and handholding assistance.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed the need to equip young people with opportunities that strengthen local economic growth. He instructed the AD Employment to forward all approved cases to the banks so that beneficiaries receive timely support.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Vinod Kumar Behnal; DSWO Tariq Parvez Qazi; AD Employment Mamta Sudershan; LDM Harsh Rawal, Manager JK Bank Cluster Office Anil Sharma, EO Vinod Shant and other officers.
