CHANDIGARH: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh celebrated National Constitution Day today at the Aryans Campus. Dr. Monika Ahuja, Professor, Punjabi University Patiala addressed BALLB & LLB students “Contemporary Democratic Values, Rights, and Responsibilities.”
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, while speaking on the occasion, said that Constitution Day is not only a celebration but also a reminder of our duties as citizens. He encouraged law students to strengthen their understanding of constitutional principles and contribute to society through their future roles in the justice system.
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Monika, who spoke on “Celebrating the Spirit of the Indian Constitution: Guardians of Justice and Liberty.” Dr. Ahuja emphasized the Constitution’s role in safeguarding democratic values and highlighted the responsibility of youth in upholding justice, equality, and liberty.
On this occasion, Adv. Sukhwant Kaur, alumna and topper of Aryans College of Law, was also present. She addressed the students and shared her inspiring journey from Aryans to the legal profession. The event concluded with participation from students in various activities including Debate, poster presentation, and rangoli competitions.
