JAMMU: BJP Senior leader and former JMC Councilor Sanjay Kumar Baru along with Talab Tillo BJP Mandal President Keshav Chopra listened to the Grievances of residents of Gole Gujral(Camp) Talab Tillo in Jammu West Assembly constituency.
During the meeting, A delegation of local people led by former GoleGujral Sarpanch Sr. Pritpal Singh said that most of the people living in this area are facing difficulty to avail the Government schemes especially in taking Educational and Home loans,as they do not have ownership rights of their land. People urged that the local people should get ownership rights of their land "as soon as" possible so that they can take advantage of all these schemes of Modi led Union Government.
People also informed that due to unplanned drainage system,people facing problems of Water logging in areas especially Ajit Colony,Camp Gole Gujral and adjoining Colonies during the rainy season.They demands construction of a new deepdrain at main GoleGujral road from Jaswant Plaza to Santra Morh Ponchak.
After listening patiently Sanjay Baru assured people of the Camp Gole Gujral, to take up the issue related the land title with BJP state leadership and all the other problems will be solved one by one. He said that the issues of proper drainage is already being taken up with JMC authorities and sewerage project for these low lying area is already submitted to JK-UT Government for approval.
Keshav Chopra said that the public issues are always a priority for the BJP. He said that the all the issues are the genuine concerns for the residents and added that these issues are already being pursued at the party level.
Sr.Prithpal Singh thanked both the leaders for their visit and listened to the people's grievances. BJP local leaders Arun Dubey,Rajesh Saini,Sr.Paramjit Singh,Sr.Tarlochan Singh,Sr.Gurmeet Singh,Guljari Lal,Sr.Rajinder Singh,Sr.Amandeep Singh,Sr.Ramandeep Singh,and others were present on the occasion.
