Why the order No 810/DSEJ of 2016. Dated: 9 /02/2016, regarding poor result performance of class 10th Board exam Winter Zone session annual/2015 is not implemented to the ZEOs/ZEPOs of concerned zone jurisdiction as they are equally responsible for good result performance of their education zone.
The product produced by their middle schools (factories) run through under their control is very poor (raw). When their produced product reached in HS/Hr Sec Schools while seeking admission in 9th class, some students are not able to write their own name.
When I took my first 9th class of 75 students, there were more than 50% students who failed to write Complete Alphabets. How is it possible to teach them Applied Science and Mathematics of 9th and 10th but I also know Education is their Fundamental Right and I am supposed to keep all the 75 students in class.
Students did not know the counting numbers, where from counting started. This is the position of 8th class successful students. This is observed from various years the subject Mathematics is very poor the 8th class student is not in position to add, subtract, divide or multiply simple easy questions.
That the concerned subject teachers try to improve them. The teachers try to work hard to lead them ahead, at last the teacher become handicapped when maximum students are not able to read & write anything.
During the whole session education officers i.e ZEOs /ZEPOs do not make a single visit to their Jurisdiction schools, which is the basic cause of poor result performance in 10th class board exam.
In addition to this all education zone shows result of their schools good performance, excellent which is only in papers, on ground totally a fraud and the HS/Hr Sec Schools subject teachers becomes the victims of their produced product. Such teachers are not in position to provide good performance as desired.
There I appeal the authorities of Education Department to look this matter on humanitarian grounds trace out real fault line to know why the performance is low in 10th class. Who is more responsible? Where from this poor raw product was produced?
Being a true educationist, I am fully aware about the ground realities. I also know how the results in higher reaches are above 50% and why the roadside result is poor. Increment never matters for me, if anything matter that is Dead Wood but after fair investigation.
