SRINAGAR: In a landmark development aimed at empowering youth with practical skills and vocational training, the Private Schools Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with K.M. Technical Training and Management Institute (KMTTMI), Srinagar. This collaboration aims to provide affordable skill training opportunities to students across the region, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds.
The event was attended by several distinguished personalities, including PSAJK President G.N. Var, Director of KMTTMI, Er. Juneed Yawar, PSAJK General Secretary Faisal Islam Mir, Parvaiz Ahmad (Member KMTTMI), and Manzoor Ahmad (Manager PSAJK). Under the terms of the MoU, PSAJK will identify and refer eligible students for various vocational courses at KMTTMI. These students will benefit from structured fee rebates designed to make technical education more accessible to all sections of society. The initiative is expected to create numerous employment opportunities for students upon graduation.
