UDHAMPUR: In a heartfelt gesture of community service, the State Bank of India (SBI) Udhampur branch extended support to Jagriti Old Age Home by donating essential items under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The donation included 15 Almirahs, 15 blankets, 30 bed sheets, one refrigerator, Smart Led TV, and four fans, aiming to improve the living conditions of the elderly residents. This noble initiative was led by SBI Udhampur Branch Head, Shamsi Kumar, who personally visited the Old Age Home to oversee the distribution of items among the children and inmates of Jagriti Old Age Home.
During the event, Jagriti Old Age Home President, Jugal Kishor, expressed heartfelt gratitude to SBI for their generous support. He emphasized how these items would greatly enhance the comfort and well-being of the senior citizens residing at the facility.
