UDHAMPUR: The District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, Mrs. Yasha Mudgal chaired a district officers meeting convened to review the arrangements of Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra here today. The meeting discussed in detail the arrangements and facilities being put in place by the district administration from village Tikri to Patnitop on Jammu-Srinagar national highway for yatries, which including drinking water, power supply, sanitation, provision of temporary toilet, lodging and langar facilities, medicare, traffic and security arrangements at the identified locations of their stay. DDC issued specific instructions to the officers of different departments to conduct regular checking of market and ensure adequate availability of eatable in the market especially during yatra days.
