SRINAGAR: The Department of Clinical Biochemistry,SKIMS has been accredited by QAI (Quality and Accreditation Institute) as per ISO guidelines. SKIMS in its pursuit   for quality assurance has been striving hard to get its various laboratories accredited by the National and international agencies. It is for the third consecutive term that the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, SKIMS has been awarded the certificate (ISO 15189:2022).

Director SKIMS, Dr M. Ashraf Ganie congratulated the Department for the “Accreditation”. He said it is highly appreciable that the department has been consistent in maintaining quality services as per standard norms. He lauded the whole staff of the department for putting their best efforts to provide the best services to the patients.

The HOD, Clinical Biochemistry thanked the administration and acknowledged the support rendered by SKIMS administration from time to time. This accreditation is a significant step forward in reinforcing our position as a leading Clinical Biochemistry laboratory, and we are committed to provide exceptional patient care services, she added.
