UDHAMPUR: World Mental Health Day was observed today in Udhampur under the supervision of Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Anil Manhas in presence of District Tuberculosis Officer, Dr. Anil Saloch and Block Medical Officers. This year’s event centered on the theme, "Mental Health at the Workplace." The event highlighted the significance of mental well-being in professional settings, emphasizing the impact of supportive work environments in boosting productivity and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Various awareness sessions and activities were conducted to address mental health issues, foster open dialogue and provide resources for stress management and promoting workplace mental wellness. This collective effort aimed to recognize the crucial role of mental health in the overall well-being of individuals and advocate for better mental health policies and practices within workplaces, encouraging a culture of understanding, support and care.
