BARAMULLA: District Legal Services Authority, Baramulla in collaboration with Tehsil Legal Services Committees of District Baramulla is going to hold 1st National Lok Adalat, 2025 on March 03. The said Lok Adalat will be held at District Court Complex Baramulla as well as at all the Tehsil Headquarters of District Baramulla.
During the Lok Adalat, Pre-Litigation including NI act Under section 138, Bank Recovery matters, Labour Disputes, Electricity, Water Bills and Cases pending in courts like Criminal Compound Offence, MACT cases, Land Acquisition cases will be taken for amicable resolution.
DlSA Baramulla has asked all concerned parties /advocates who desire to get their cases of aforementioned nature settled through the said Lok Adalat, may approach District Legal Services Authority Baramulla /Tehsil Legal Services Committees of District Baramulla by or before 1st March, 2025.
