KATRA: The School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), has added another feather to its cap as two MBA students secured Gold Badges in the NPTEL course, "Yoga and Positive Psychology for Managing Career and Life," offered by IIT Bombay. Mehak Sharma, daughter of Jyoti Kumari and Subash Kumar, and Hurain Ashraf, daughter of Gousia Jan and Mohd. Ashraf Banday completed the course with outstanding performance and earned Gold Badges.

The course, taught by Prof. Ashish Pandey, focuses on integrating ancient yogic wisdom with modern positive psychology to enhance well-being, stress management, personal growth, and professional effectiveness.
