DODA: To instill a sense of responsibility and commitment towards maintaining cleanliness in our surroundings, the Health Department Doda, under the supervision of CMO Doda Dr. Om Kumar, launched a 15-day Swachhta Pakhwada campaign in the district. On the first day, the staff of the CMO Office, Dy CMO Office, along with staff and students of ANMT School Doda, participated in the campaign, which aimed to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the area.

While speaking on the occasion, CMO Doda Dr. Om Kumar emphasized the importance of maintaining hygiene in our surroundings and spreading awareness about hygiene practices. He briefed participants about the ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada campaign initiative and urged the active participation of local communities in contributing to the cleanliness drive in their respective areas.

The event began with the staff taking the Swachhta Pledge with great zeal and enthusiasm. Various activities, including cleanliness and sanitation awareness, were also observed in all Medical Blocks such as Assar, Bhaderwah, Gandoh, and Ghat, supervised by the BMOs. The objective was to conduct regular cleanliness drives and inspire others to adopt a cleanliness-oriented lifestyle.
