ANANTNAG: A mega event for paying rich tributes to the martyrs who laid their lives in the line of duty was today conducted at lR 11th Bn Anantnag under the banner ‘Ek Ped Shaheedon Ke Naam’ at lR 1lth'Bn Headquarters Anantnag.

The program was organized in joint consultation with J&K Forest Social Forestry wing Anantnag. The families of the martyrs also attended the program and planted the saplings of the trees to remember the sacrifices of the Martyrs in the service of the nation.

The event was actively attended by the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Social Forestry Anantnag, Gazalla Abdullah; Chief Prosecution Officer Anantnag, Ajay Kumar Dogra; District Floriculture Officer who also planted the saplings in the Bn premises. The program was conducted under the overall supervision of Kulbir Singh, Commandant lR 11tn Bn.
