SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, under the directions of Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Tashi Rabstan, today celebrated the Swachh Bharat Divas, as part of Bharat Abhiyan, a mission launched by the Government of India to fulfill the dream of clean and hygienic India, at Srinagar Wing of High Court.

The event was attended by Registrar Judicial Srinagar Wing, Farooq Ahmad Bhat besides all officers and officials of Srinagar Wing, who collectively made commitment towards contributing their efforts in achieving comprehensive cleanliness throughout the country. Farooq Ahmad Bhat emphasized the role of all the officers and officials of High Court in spreading awareness about the need of hygienic and clean society in overall development of all the citizens of India.

While appreciating the launching of such noble missions, the Registrar Judicial stressed upon the need of many more such programs in future to ensure comprehensive and overall development of the nation. The event was concluded with distribution of sweets by the Registrar Judicial among the Safaimitras/ Safaikaramcharis.
