JAMMU: After failing in all fronts to hush up the issue exposed by the JK Monitor, after in-depth investigations, ZEO office Thathri in another bid to save their face and skin has started refunding the money they had charged from the students after misinforming them that the examination fees is Rs 180. Now these days the office is abuzz with schools in-charges and heads and the papers are being prepared in such a way so they could present before the Inquiry Committee that they have refunded the fees they had collected from the students as extra fees.
