KATHUA: Govt. Degree College (GDC), Billawar in collaboration with Legal Services Committee, Billawar organized a legal awareness programme for the students of the college. While speaking on the occasion, Advocate Jatinder Singh Bhadwal threw light on the various legal aspects such as fundamental rights of the citizens, Right to Information Act, Environmental Laws, Public Services Guarantee Act and Domestic Violence Act, etc. Principal, GDC, Dr. Netar Singh in his address urged upon students to know and use the existing laws for the betterment of the society.
