NEW DELHI, RAU’S IAS STUDY CIRCLE: Dr. Duvvuri Subbarao, former Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), made a heartfelt visit to Rau's IAS Study Circle, where he once prepared for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) examination.
