SRINAGAR: 2nd edition of the Mulfaq winter T-12 Cosco Cup Cricket tournament commenced on friday at Chandpora Sports Stadium. Organized by the Mulfaq Sports Club, 12 teams from Phaag area are participating in the tournament.
Expressing his views, Mr Hashim Makhdoomi, Chief Organiser of the tournament, said, âSuch tournaments inspire youth to showcase their talent. Our Kashmir is full of talent, and we are grateful to the players for giving us this opportunity to organise such tournaments.
Speaking on the occasion, Peer Bilal Socio-political activist who was ChiefGueston the occasion, expressed his appreciation for the sporting talent in the Phaag area and urged the players to give their best effort in every sport they play. ShabirGulshion, G M Bhat, Nik Maam and hundreds of sports lovers watched the inaugural match. Inaugural match was played between Shoperbag Lions and Burzhama Sports Club.
