JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) on Monday appointed Mubashir Ahmed as the Working President of its Jammu and Kashmir Unit, with immediate effect. The decision was made following the recommendation of the Association’s Central Working Committee.Mubashir Ahmed will oversee all organizational activities within the Union Territory, coordinate among district and regional units, and work closely with the National Core Committee to implement the Association’s broader vision and ongoing initiatives aimed at student welfare, empowerment, and representation.
The Association National Spokesperson Dr Zubair Reshi congratulated Mubashir on his appointment, expressing confidence that his leadership will further strengthen the Association’s presence and impact across Jammu and Kashmir.In a statement, the Reshi said, “We are confident that under Mubashir’s leadership, the Association will continue to advance its mission of promoting student welfare, unity, and empowerment across the Union Territory.”
