RAMNAGAR: To discuss the arrangements for smooth conduct of Shri Chauntra Mata Annual yatra during coming Navratras starting from 21st March 2015, a meeting of Officers and Akhand Jyoti members was held here under the chairmanship of Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Ramnagar, Dhirendra Sharma. Threadbare discussions were held regarding arrangements like drinking water, power supply, security, first-aid, transport and sanitation at the Shrine site and en-route.
SDM directed the officers concerned to put in their best efforts for ensuring smooth conduct of the yatra. Pertinent to mention here that the Akhand Joyti would be lit on first day of Navratra at Narsingh Ji Temple in Ramnagar town and would remain there for darshan on 21st March, 2015 and would be carried to Chountra Mata Darbar on 22nd March, 2015 morning. Among others, the meeting was attended by Tehsildar, Ramnagar, Dr. Kavita Pandoh, BMO, Rajesh Gupta and Station House Officer, Ramnagar.
