“Isn`t it strange that we talk least about the things we think about most?”  - Charles Linderbergh

Life is a beautiful  journey  blessed  to some unique. It  should be felt, experienced and graced differently each day possible. We, as  human beings are encapsulated by different thoughts, behaviour and  their outcomes. Each and every circumstance we go through is directly or indirectly an outcome of our own thoughts. Therefore, it is very important to ponder upon how we think and what we think. Blessed are those who know how to mould their negative thoughts in a positive way possible. The Pro is ‘we are happy’, the con is ‘but not satisfied’. When things don’t work your way, maybe they are working the other way more constructive for you.

Communication is the most complex yet the only way to ration your thoughts in front of the people. Also, it is not easy for the people like introverts to share their line of thinking with others. As it is well said by Sir Charles Linderbergh – Isn`t it strange that we talk least about the things we think about most? He emphasizes on the very fact that people dump all those emotions in their mind which give them the feelings of anxiety, stress , nervousness and apprehension. These emotions should be vent out through the medium of communication with your near and dear ones.

Here `s a list of some techniques which can be used in order to deal with this scenario—

  • Catharsis: Catharsis is the act of releasing intense or repressed emotions, offering relief from emotional stress by doing activities like talking to a friend, listening to music, creating or viewing art, exercise and writing. In terms of psychology, it's the process of letting go of suppressed sentiments like anger and grief in order to lessen the detrimental psychological impacts of these emotions.
  • Kidlin`s Law: Kidlin`s Law is a problem solving principle that asserts, ”If you write the problem down clearly, then the matter is half solved,” emphasizing the power of clarity in addressing challenges. The law encourages individuals to break down complex issues into manageable parts, enhancing communication and understanding.

These two techniques can be used in order to express your emotions verbally and textually respectively. This can help to vent out your thoughts in order to have access to a sound mind and a healthy body. Unless and until our thoughts ooze out; they will continuously hurt us from inside. My intention is not only to force you to have strained relationships with the people around you; but to make you aware about the cyclone which arises in your subconscious when the over exaggerating thoughts and emotions make you more vulnerable. Therefore, it becomes the need of an hour to have someone or something around you whom you can vent out everything on.

Time is passing with a fast pace, so do we. Make this life a worth remembering one by doing the tasks which make you internally happy and satisfied. This can only be achieved when there is no debate going on in between our conscious and subconscious mind. We humans always struggle between our own thoughts. This has to be stopped; not talking about the things which trigger you the most will directly or indirectly harm you only. Hence, make a pause and think about the things which provoke you the most but you have decided to talk about them the least and WHY?
