SRINAGAR: Anjuman Auqaf Jama Masjid Srinagar has announced that, as per tradition, Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, will deliver a special sermon at the Khanqah of Hazrat Allamdar Kashmir, Sheikh Noor-u-Din Noorani (RA), in Charar-e-Sharief tomorrow, Friday, 24th October 2025.
During the sermon, the Mirwaiz will reflect on Sheikh-ul-Alam’s timeless teachings of unity, moral renewal, and their continuing relevance in contemporary society. The address will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by congregational Friday prayers at 2:30 pm, Insha’Allah. The Anjuman has urged devotees to attend in large numbers, honoring the centuries-old tradition of the Mirwaizeen of Kashmir and participating in this blessed gathering.
