PULWAMA: A workshop was organized by Institute of Management Public Administration and Rural Development Pulwama at Administrative Complex Pulwama here today. The workshop was inaugurated by District Development Commissioner Pulwama Mr. Niraj Kumar. He said the aim of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) is to bring one village on the map of Model Village.
Joint Director IMPA, Prof. S.N. Alam said that Newa Village of Pulwama district has been identified for developing as a Model Village. He said that all the Modern facilities like potable drinking water, lanes, drains, road connectivity, play field, public library, street lights, community hall, sanitation and other basic facilities to be provided under the said scheme.
