JAMMU: Former Minister and senior BJP leader Sukhnandan Choudhary today inaugurated “Pro Zone Box Cricket” at Ladore (Marh), marking the beginning of an exciting new venture aimed at promoting sports and providing quality recreational facilities to the youth.

On the occasion, Sukhnandan Choudhary congratulated Sh. Jatinder Sharma, for taking the initiative to establish Pro Zone Box Cricket. He appreciated the efforts behind the venture and expressed hope that the facility would provide young sports enthusiasts with a platform to showcase their talent, remain physically fit and pursue their passion for cricket.

Speaking on the occasion, Choudhary highlighted the importance of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi’s vision of encouraging people, particularly the youth, to devote time to sports and physical activities. He said that the Prime Minister has consistently emphasized the importance of spending at least one hour every day on the playground and making sports an integral part of a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.

Choudhary said that initiatives like Pro Zone Box Cricket are in line with this vision and can play an important role in keeping the younger generation away from unhealthy habits while promoting fitness, discipline, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Choudhary emphasized the need for more sports facilities and opportunities at the grassroots level so that budding players can develop their skills and get opportunities to participate in competitive sports. He also urged the youth to actively participate in sports and make physical fitness an essential part of their daily lives.
