GANDERBAL: As part of the “Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir”, police in Ganderbal conducted a wild cannabis destruction drive at Barkati Mohallah & Hajam Mohallah Safapora. During the drive, wild cannabis plants growing along roadside and other various locations was thoroughly identified and systematically uprooted and destroyed, eliminating potential sources of substance abuse and safeguarding the younger generation from the harmful consequences of drug addiction. Police remains firmly committed to its mission of making the district drug-free and strengthening collective efforts against the menace of drugs.
