ANANTNAG: SSP Anantnag, Shri Amod Ashok Nagpure-IPS, held a Thana Divas at Police Station Srigufwara, wherein a large number of people from the adjoining areas participated.

During the interaction, the members of the public raised various issues pertaining to police and other civic matters. The SSP gave a patient hearing to the participants and assured them that their genuine grievances would be examined and addressed on priority.

SSP Anantnag reiterated that such public interaction programmes are aimed at strengthening Police-Public relations and providing a responsive platform to the people for redressal of their grievances. SSP Anantnag also stressed upon the officers and officials present to remain accessible to the public and ensure prompt and effective resolution of genuine grievances.
