JAMMU: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu proudly concluded the 13th batch of its prestigious Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP) with a grand valedictory ceremony held at the Vedanta MDP Centre on 14th October 2025.
Conducted from 10th to 14th November 2025, the five-day program was organized under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The initiative reaffirmed IIM Jammu's commitment to shaping future-ready leaders with strong academic and professional capabilities.
Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean of Faculty and Research, appreciated the Ministry of Education for its impactful initiative and applauded the programâs enriching classroom and experiential learning approach. He emphasized that the program marks just the beginning of a continuous journey of growth and collaboration.
Prof. Sanjeev Pathak, Chairperson of Executive Education & Consultancy, highlighted the importance of candid feedback and spoke about how friendships and meaningful interactions added a poetic spirit to the programâs learning experience. He encouraged participants to maintain connections for future collaborations.
Prof. P. P. Maheshwari, Program Director, commended the diverse leadership-focused curriculum, combining hard and soft skills delivered by experts including top faculty and leaders from AIIMS Jammu and IIM Jammu. He acknowledged the strong bond formed among participants and expressed confidence that the program would significantly support their leadership journeys.
Participants praised the programâs engaging sessions, well-designed content, seamless coordination, and the blend of empathy, leadership, and innovation throughout their experience. The evening concluded on a memorable note with certificate distribution, followed by shayaris and poems shared by participants.
