SRINAGAR: MSME Development & Facilitation Office, Srinagar  in collaboration with District Administration  conducted twin capacity-building programmes for  registered PM Vishwakarma beneficiaries at  Kupwara and  Pulwama, witnessing a combined participation of over 200 artisans. At Kupwara, the programme was inaugurated by DC Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse,  who highlighted the growing participation of artisans in the scheme.

Sessions on Micro Business Development, enterprise growth, and e-marketing were delivered by Assistant Director Incharge Br MSME DFO Srinagar  and state consultant GeM. At Pulwama, GM DIC Pulwama, Wasim Malik, addressed the artisans on the scope under PM Vishwakarma

Dedicated sessions on digital cataloguing, and e-commerce were conducted by  Asst. Professor IUST while representatives from J&K Bank briefed participants on financial literacy and credit support. Both programmes concluded with an interactive Q&A, where queries were addressed by the officials.  The twin events strengthened artisans’ awareness on enterprise development, digital marketing, financial access, and opportunities under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme
