BUDGAM: District Police Lines in collaboration with District Administration Budgam hosted a grand event to commemorate the 150th completion anniversary of India’s National Song, ‘Vande Mataram’.
The event saw widespread participation from diverse sections, including dedicated personnel from the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP), the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and students participated enthusiastically, joining hands with the forces to mark this historic milestone.
The highlight of the celebration was the collective singing of the National Song, ‘Vande Mataram’, by all participants, demonstrating a deep respect for the song's enduring legacy as a symbol of unity and national identity.
