RS PURA: The SDM office RS Pura organized a grand programme to commemorate 150 years of Vande Mataram, a iconic national song that has been a symbol of India's struggle for independence. The event was graced by MLA R S Pura Dr Narinder Singh as the Chief Guest, and was held under the supervision of Smt Anuradha Thakur (JKAS), SDM RS Pura.
The programme began with the rendition of the national song Vande Mataram, setting the tone for a patriotic and memorable occasion. In her message, SDM RS Pura Smt Anuradha Thakur highlighted the significance of Vande Mataram and its importance in India's freedom struggle. She also extended her heartiest congratulations to the students on Children's Day, which coincided with the event.
The SDM also honoured MLA RS Pura Dr Narinder Singh for his contributions to the community. Additionally, she presented appreciation certificates to all block-level officers and students who participated in the programme, recognizing their efforts in making the event a success.
