NAGROTA: Major General RK Sachdeva ADG, JK&L Dte NCCmade a significant visit to the NCC Training Academy Nagrota, where he interacted with cadets undergoing training at thePre-TSC-III Camp. The visit was marked by his engagement with the cadets, witnessing their training, and delivering a thought-provoking address that left a lasting impact on the young minds.
The General Officer impressed upon the following important aspects during his address to the 490 Cadets:-

(iii) Appreciated the commitment and passion with which TSC and CATC has been planned and conducted..
(iv) Appreciated the system and best practices of running a camp.
(v) Overcoming fear and facing the situation and adversary head on.
(vi) The parting Buzz words were of Head, Health and Hygiene underscored in living a life of success and significance.
(vii) Inspected the newly installed Sml for Naval Cadets.
(viii) Focused and emphasised on Infrastructional improvements.
(ix) Advised the cadets to take challenges as opportunities.
(x) Emphasised on the aspect that moment of truth is revealed in the tough moments.
(xi) Achieving excellence in small tasks contributes to confidence building and capacity building.
