POONCH: The Office of the Chief Medical Officer Poonch strongly refutes and condemns the false, misleading and defamatory allegations circulated through certain social media platforms and news reports regarding so-called irregular attachments and administrative misconduct in the Health Department.

It is categorically clarified that no unauthorized attachment orders have been issued by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer Poonch. Any temporary adjustment made earlier purely on administrative grounds already stands cancelled in compliance with government norms and directions. At present, there is zero attachment under the Office of the Chief Medical Officer Poonch.

The allegations regarding favoritism, political influence, irregular transfers and manipulation of official procedures are completely baseless, malicious and without any documentary proof. Such fabricated stories appear to be a deliberate attempt to malign the image of the department and create confusion among employees and the public.

The department has always functioned strictly under established government rules, transfer policies and administrative guidelines while ensuring transparency and accountability in all official matters. The claims made in the said report are far from facts and intended only to spread misinformation.

The Office of the Chief Medical Officer Poonch reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action against individuals or organizations involved in circulating false and defamatory content without verification. The public and media organizations are requested to refrain from spreading unverified information and are advised to confirm facts from official sources before publishing any such reports.
