HANDWARA: Police in Handwara under the ongoing Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, has intensified its crackdown against drug-related activities by securing the cancellation of 14 driving licences and 2 vehicle registration certificates (RCs) of individuals involved in NDPS cases across Police District Handwara.
This firm administrative action reflects the zero-tolerance policy of J&K Police towards drug trafficking and substance abuse. The initiative aims to deter individuals involved in narcotics by ensuring strict legal as well as administrative consequences.
Police reiterated its commitment to building a drug-free society and appealed to the public to cooperate by sharing any information related to drug peddling or substance abuse.
