He added that Jammu & Kashmir is also moving steadily towards enhanced civic development, with special emphasis on strengthening grassroots infrastructure and improving the quality of life for citizens.Highlighting the importance of environmental sustainability and public well-being, Billawaria remarked that parks and green public spaces are the hallmark of a progressive and developed society and contribute significantly towards creating healthier and more vibrant communities.
During the interaction, Billawaria also appealed to citizens to actively participate in India’s 16th Digital Census, describing it as a historic initiative aimed at strengthening transparency, good governance, and inclusive development across the nation. He urged people to cooperate fully with the authorities and provide accurate information to ensure the successful implementation of this landmark national exercise.
