JAMMU: Nations Development Association (NDA) extends its heartiest congratulations to Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, Hon’ble MLA Ramgarh and Former Minister for Health & Medical Education, Jammu & Kashmir, on his appointment as a Member of the Wildlife Board for the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. This appointment has been formalized vide Order No. 1496-GAD of 2025 dated 18-11-2025, issued by the General Administration Department, Jammu & Kashmir, by order of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha Ji.
Sushil Singh Charak (Chief Functionary, NDA), along with Shivani Vaid Sharma (Chief, Women Wing, NDA), Manpreet Kour (Senior Functionary, NDA), and Karan Singh (Member, Core Committee, NDA), expressed that this esteemed responsibility reflects Dr. Manyal’s unwavering commitment to public service and his proactive efforts in advancing environmental protection, wildlife conservation, and sustainable development across the Union Territory.
The Association further stated that Dr. Manyal’s role on the Wildlife Board will strengthen policy direction and reinforce initiatives aimed at preserving biodiversity and ecological balance in Jammu & Kashmir.
