SRINAGAR: Expressions of solidarity and sympathy continue to pour in from across the country for Jammu and Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) National Convenor Nasir Khuehami, whose residential house was completely gutted in a devastating fire in Watapora, Bandipora, on Thursday night.

The tragic incident caused extensive damage and left several family members injured.People from all walks of life including Chief Ministers, former ministers, Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), political leaders across party lines, civil society groups, academicians, private school associations, pensioners’ forums, tribal leaders, social activists, and various community organizations have reached out to Khuehami and his family to express their heartfelt sympathies and extend support during this difficult time.

Describing the incident as deeply unfortunate and heartbreaking, many lauded Khuehami’s composure and resilience in the face of such immense loss. Leaders, colleagues, and well-wishers from across India took to social media and personal communication channels to convey their concern, prayers, and best wishes for the speedy recovery of his injured family members.Meanwhile, people from different sections of society continue to visit his residence, offering assistance, and moral support.

The Association reaffirmed its solidarity with Nasir Khuehami and his family, pledging every possible support as they rebuild and recover from this unfortunate tragedy.
