RAMBAN: Continuing the celebration of the 150th anniversary of India’s National Song “Vande Mataram”, the District Administration Ramban, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Alyas Khan, organized a series of patriotic and National Song singing events across the district today.
At T-Chowk Ramban and several other locations, the atmosphere came alive with enthusiastic participation in singing and creative performances depicting India’s freedom struggle and the historic contribution of “Vande Mataram” to national unity and pride.
The Police and Revenue Departments, in collaboration with the Information Department and the media fraternity, showcased vibrant exhibitions and cultural presentations, highlighting the spirit of nationalism and India’s glorious past.
The event witnessed spirited participation from students, teachers, senior citizens, and community members, led by Tehsildar, Ramban Deep Kumar and SHO Ramban. Their collective involvement strengthened the emotional bond with the National Song and its timeless message of unity and devotion to the motherland.
A special highlight of the day was the live singing performance on Drum Beat, which deeply resonated with the audience and evoked sentiments of pride and reverence. The melodies of “Vande Mataram” inspired all to reflect upon the sacrifices made for India’s freedom and the enduring legacy of the National Song.
