SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly today passed the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Societies Amendment Bill, 2025 in the Legislative Assembly. The Bill was moved in the House by Minister for Cooperative, Javid Ahmad Dar.
“A Bill to amend the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Societies Act, 1989 (Act No. XVII of 1989) (L.A. Bill No. 7 of 2025),” reads the Bill passed by the House. The Bill was passed by the House through a voice vote.
