• Sat Sharma conducts extensive outreach in Nagrota; prominent locals join BJP to support Devyani Rana

NAGROTA: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir President and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Sat Sharma (CA), conducted an extensive day-long tour of the Nagrota Assembly Constituency, covering several villages and panchayats including Barn, Chak Bhalwal, Kangrail, Ban Bathera, Lower Gharota, and adjoining areas. District Prabhari Ayodhya Gupta, and other senior leaders also accompanied party president on the occasion.

During the visit, Sat Sharma chaired a series of meetings with sarpanches, panches, and prominent citizens of these areas to mobilize grassroots support for the BJP candidate Devyani Rana, contesting the upcoming Nagrota by-election. The meetings aimed to strengthen the party’s local network and encourage active participation of influential residents in ensuring a decisive victory for the BJP.

On the occasion, a large number of respected local sarpanches, panches, and prominent figures, including Shangar Singh Ballu, Dharminder Singh, Vibhishan Singh, Balkar Singh Tinku, Bharat Bhushan Padha, Kuldeep Singh Barn, Swarn Singh, Vijay Kumar, Kuldeep Raj, Rashpaul Chand Bhagat, Manna Lal, Ajeet Singh, Vijay Thappa, Karan Singh Langeh, Rikki Singh Langeh, Vinay Salaria, Zafar Singh, Raghubir Singh, Rashpaul Singh, Kuldeep Singh Langeh, Rajdev Singh, Rajat Sudan, Rekha Verma, along with hundreds of their supporters assured the party president regarding the resounding victory of party candidate.

Bua Ditta, Ranjit Singh Tinku, and Sonu Singh Pawar joined the BJP in the presence of Sat Sharma, pledging their full allegiance and commitment to support Devyani Rana in the election. Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold, Sat Sharma said that the BJP is the only political force that has consistently worked for the development, unity, and empowerment of every section of society under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He asserted,

The people of Nagrota have witnessed unprecedented growth and connectivity under the Modi government. The BJP’s vision is not limited to elections, it is about transforming lives and ensuring that every citizen benefits from the development wave sweeping across Jammu & Kashmir. We must all work collectively to ensure a historic win for BJP candidate Devyani Rana, who represents youth, dedication, and a commitment to people’s welfare, he said.

Sat Sharma further emphasized that every vote for the BJP is a vote for stability, development, and nationalism. He urged the workers and supporters to reach every household, spread awareness about BJP’s pro-people policies, and ensure a resounding mandate in favour of the party in the forthcoming by-election.
