NEW DELHI: The Centre for Narendra Modi Studies (CNMS - NaMo Kendra) has taken another decisive step in strengthening its intellectual and strategic framework by announcing the second list of members for its prestigious Global Advisory Council. This body is envisioned as a platform for leading academicians, legal experts, researchers, and thought leaders who will guide CNMS in advancing its mission of research, public engagement, and nation-building.
After a rigorous and merit-based review conducted by the CNMS Executive Council and subject experts, twelve distinguished individuals have been selected for this phase. The list includes vice-chancellor, a judge, an advocate, deans, directors, and eminent scholars from diverse fields.
The second list of appointed members includes: Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar â Vice-Chancellor, Central University of Haryana; Dr. Rajender Dhar â District Judge, Consumer Court, Delhi; Ms. Anu B â Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India; Prof. Jaiteg Singh â Pro-Vice Chancellor, Chitkara University Patiala; Prof. Asha Bhatia â Dean of Research & Doctoral Programs, Universal Ai University, Mumbai; Prof. Manzoor Ahmad Mir â Head, Department of Bioresources, University of Kashmir; Dr. Pooja Choudhary â Professor, BML Munjal University; Prof. Pashmeena Ghom â Professor, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune; Prof. Monika Sharma â Dean, Faculty of Arts, Cluster University of Jammu; Dr. Vinod K. Verma â President, Regulatory Affairs, Aditya Birla Group; Dr. Aparna Singh â Incharge, Maharaja Suhel Dev University, Azamgarh; and Dr. Kaynat Kazi â Research Fellow for Viksit Bharat 2047.
âThis is a historic moment for CNMS,â said Prof. Jasim Mohammad, Chairman of CNMS. âThe Global Advisory Council represents intellectuals who live by the spirit of âNation Firstâ. Their guidance will strengthen our work in fostering meaningful dialogue, impactful research, and strategic initiatives for a stronger Bharat.â
He added that the CNMS Global Advisory Council aims to merge academic excellence with policy thinking, creating a vibrant ecosystem that aligns with Indiaâs development goals. The selected members will soon receive formal communication about their roles and upcoming engagements. CNMS will also organise orientation sessions, thematic discussions, and collaborative research programs to ensure dynamic participation from each council member.
