JAMMU: The transformative initiatives taken by the Prime Minster Narendra Modi led Union Government to lead the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir on the path of unprecedented development, is the testimony of Modi government’s keen interest for ensuring peace and progress in J&K, which remained trouble torn for decades together, stated Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu, Spokesperson, J&K BJP.
Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu extended his heartfelt appreciation and expressed gratitude to Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister PMO, on behalf of the people of his constituency particular and BJP in general for the unwavering commitment to the development of the constituency which witnessed multiple developmental projects brought during his tenure in this area.
The latest milestone and another achievement in the series is the significant approval of approx. Rs. 2000 crore for the construction of 110 roads which mark a transformative leap forward in this constituency and shall connect 178 habitations, providing big boost to the connectivity much to the relief of the common people. It will not only strengthen the road connectivity but will add to the socio-economic development in the region.
Dr. Shishu expressed his gratitude and further said that under the leadership of Dr. Jitendra Singh, Kathua, Udhampur and Doda parliamentary constituency in particular and whole of JKUT in general, witnessed a tangible impact on the ground with respect to developmental projects which have brought his constituency at number three in the country.
It is the persistent efforts, commitment and regular follow up that number of projects like Keediyan Gandial Bridge, Pandori Bridge, Medical Colleges at district level, Kendriya Vidyalyas, Bio Tech Park, AIIMS, IIM, IIT, Devika River front, to mention only a few, could see the light of the day.
Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu also urged the Hon'ble Minister to pass instructions to the concerned Authorities to take up at priority the widening of left out road from Changran to Nagri Parole connecting historical Airwan Temple which would have a great help as an alternate road to connect Kathua via Nagri. Dr. Shishu further stated that the BJP is committed for New Bharat and its every activist is keen to accomplish the vision of Hon'ble PM.
