JAMMU: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu concluded the fourth batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program, under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program, Ministry of Education, Govt of India, with a grand valedictory ceremony held at Bharat Classroom, Jagti Campus on 20th Dec 2024. The program, held from 16th Dec to 20th Dec 2024, aimed to equip educators with essential leadership skills. The valedictory ceremony was graced by the online presence of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu.
Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu, invited feedback and suggestions regarding the five-day, âNurturing Future Leadership Programmeâ at IIM Jammu. The participants shared their experiences and offered their suggestions. Present on the occasion were Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean Academics, IIM Jammu (Online Mode) Dr. Muqbil Burhan, Program Director, IIM Jammu, Dr. Niti Shekhar, Program Director, IIM Jammu, Dr. Baljeet Singh, Co-Chairperson Placement, IIM Jammu, Dr. Pratik Maheshwari, Co-Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy, IIM Jammu.
This was followed by the distribution of certificates to all the participants, recognizing their successful completion of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program. The certificates serve as a testament to their dedication and hard work throughout the program. Dr. Niti Shekhar, Program Director, IIM Jammu, proposed the vote of thanks. The event culminated with the national anthem, marking the end of a transformative journey for the participants.
The Nurturing Future Leadership Program reaffirms IIM Jammu's commitment to developing future leaders in education. Through such initiatives, the institute continues to empower educators with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make a meaningful impact on society.
